讲座人介绍：

教授（IEEE Life Fellow），研究方向包括离散数学在计算机科学与信息论问题中的应用、编码理论、存储编码以及组合设计。

2006年至2009年，担任《IEEE信息论汇刊》（IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INFORMATION THEORY）编码理论领域副主编；2004年至2009年，担任《组合设计期刊》（Journal of Combinatorial Designs）编辑；2011年至2024年，担任《设计、编码与密码学》（Designs, Codes, and Cryptography）编辑；2013年至2023年，担任《通信数学进展》（Advances of Mathematics in Communications）编辑；自2021年起，担任《组合理论期刊A辑》（Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A）主编。
